Exercise For Stress Relief

Stress is one of the biggest killers of men and women in the world. A silent killer, which does not take the headlines.

But it is a co-morbidity alongside high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, mental health problems etc.

Is stress the No.1 killer?

Look at this way. Almost all of health problems usually relate to stress in one way or another:

Stressed – Eat loads of shitty food

Stressed – High blood pressure

Stressed – Make poorer life decisions because of brain fog and impetuous attitude

Stressed – Anxiety/Depression

Stressed – Smoking/Drinking

People are quick to jump into medication, spend money on stupid shit to feel better and impress people who do not care about them, watch porn or satisfy their palate by eating unhealthy foods rather than doing physical activity.

Exercise will not rid your life from stress.

But stress will become more manageable. It will give you a release and escape from overwhelming tension that life throws at you.

You will gain a more optimistic way of looking at things. You will be able to bravely face stress head on and move towards the challenges holding you back.

So what better way to release stress than exercise?

You could potentially get fitter, stronger, more athletic, feel better, become more attractive and gain more energy.

Everyone has their escape and vices. But what are yours? Leave me a comment and tell me why. I will reply to everyone.

Depending on who you are, you will choose exercise most suited to your personality.

For some it will be weightlifting. For others it may be more cardiovascular based exercise. You might enjoy both types.

Cardio Vs. Weights

Whichever you decide, the benefit of exercise is only ever going to positively effect your mental health.
