No excuses

Stop being too ‘bussy’ for your own health

This year is a ‘write off’. That’s the attitude of a loser.

You’ve had time to lose weight. You’ve had time to learn how to lose weight.

‘But I’m stressed’ Go to the gym.

‘Coronavirus is making me feel depressed’ Get healthy then and stop eating like shit.

‘I’m too tired to cook that’s why I eat fast food’. Eat a healthy sandwich.

‘After a long day at work I like to treat myself’ Are you a dog?

‘I’m scared of going to the gym and getting Covid’ How many fucking home workouts are there on YouTube?

You might be reading this and think you are academically smarter than I am BUT if you can’t look after your own health then you’ll never fulfil your potential.

Stop making excuses. Get yourself in the 5% of people who actually care about their health and appearance and understand how good it feels to be healthy and happy.

Send me an email and tell me how you feel right now. I will help you get closer to becoming that man/woman you always wanted to be.
