How To Get Strong At Home: Home & Bodyweight Workouts

I have got back to work in the gym recently and the numbers have of course declined a fair amount, as they have with most gyms.

People are isolating, protecting their families, unable to afford fees due to redundancy and maybe just do not like the idea of being indoors surrounded by other people.

All of which are completely acceptable reasons to stay away.

Depending where you go, different gyms are operating with different legislations and you will find that leisure centre gyms tend to follow the rules much more tightly than private, small business gyms due to their endorsements and affiliations with large companies who provide necessary funding.

But if you are decided on a return at a later date then you can 100% in fact stay fit and healthy from home.

The gym is NOT completely necessary provided you are equipped with the correct knowledge.

Dependant on what equipment you have accessible, with a bit of education on the subject matter it is entirely possible to target all of your muscle groups and I will explain how.

Maintaining muscle mass is very important. It makes life easier as you get older which if you didn’t know is every day. There are not many downsides to having strong working muscles and that can mean just keeping them active and awake.

It will also mean you feel happier, feel stronger, more fulfilled and feel a damn sight better mentally as well.

To do this you will need some resistance. But the resistance will be your body weight.

I have put together a plan of two workouts, which can be completed 2-4 times a week.

The workouts can be done from the comfort of your own home, without worrying about being surrounded by people and the need for social distance.

The plan covers all muscle groups and will get you unlocking potential and new muscle you never knew you had.

You will get educated on how to perform the exercises correctly and how each individual exercise will benefit you.
